At HUM

Join Eden of Eden Embodied Healing for an evening of relaxing restorative yoga paired with the soothing frequencies of crystal and brass singing bowls, chimes and traditional drumming. This gathering is meant to ground you all the way into your body.

With slow, opening movements and breath you will be guided into a state of calm presence. Vibrational sound healing helps to align your energy centers while gently helping you find a meditative state. It's the perfect practice for those looking to find a deep stretch while also cultivating compassion and grace for their emotional selves.

This class is $35 for HUM members and $40 for non-members. Tickets are non-refundable. Sign up to reserve your spot for this relaxing evening!

California Street Farm Pop-Up

Saturday, April 12th

Stop by after the 9am or 10:30am class to learn, connect, and show your support for our urban farming community.

At HUM

Join us on Saturday, April 12th for a special pop-up with Elyssa Eull, Owner/Operator of California Street Farm. Elyssa will walk you through how CSA works and why it’s such a valuable way to support local farmers.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect directly with a local urban farmer in our neighborhood, learn more about California Street Farm’s CSA program, the Northeast Farmers Market (NEFM), and their farm stand. Elyssa will also have tees and totes available for purchase and will share insights about the challenges small farms are facing due to federal funding freezes—along with ways we can support our local farmers. We hope to see you there!

This is a FREE event. Please sign up in advance so we know how many folks to expect. Thank you for your support!

Earth Day Clean Up

Tuesday, April 22nd

4:30-5:30pm

Meet at HUM

Let’s do our part to care for the planet and our community. We’re gathering for a community clean-up around the studio and at Edgewater Park.

We’ll provide gloves and garbage bags, but if you’re able, please bring your own supplies to help us cover more ground. As a thank you, anyone who participates is invited to join our 6pm class for free.

Earth Day is a reminder that caring for our planet happens in the choices we make every day. By showing up for our surroundings and one another, we can create lasting change.

We kindly ask that you sign up if you plan to participate so we can prepare accordingly and ensure we have enough supplies for everyone.

Thank you for taking time to support this effort!

HUM Clothing Swap!

Saturday, April 26th

11:30am to 2pm

At HUM

Join us for our Inaugural Clothing Swap on Saturday, April 26th, from 11:30am to 2:00pm! This will be a chance to clear out what no longer serves you and refresh your wardrobe with pre-loved pieces.

We'll begin collecting items for the swap on Saturday, April 5th through Sunday, April 20th to ensure everything is organized and ready to go on the day of the event. We’re collecting warm-weather essentials like tops, shorts, skirts, dresses, light jackets, activewear, sandals, casual shoes, and accessories. No winter items, please.

Bring any clothing you’re ready to part with, browse for something new-to-you, and take what you love—all for free! Anything left over will be donated, ensuring nothing goes to waste. As we transition into spring, this is a perfect opportunity to reset, reduce waste, and rethink our shopping habits. Don’t forget to bring your own reusable bags for shopping!

This is a FREE event. Please sign up in advance so we know how many folks to expect. Thank you for your support!
